Colne Valley Preservations is a family business based in Nelson Lancashire. We have successfully been established since 1981 with Over 30 years experience in Remedial Treatments of Damp Control, Timber Treatments, Wood Infestation, Basement Waterproofing, Wall Tie Replacement, Condensation and Mould Control we also do Electro Osmosis Damp Proof Courses and Re-Plastering in line with trade body specifications.

Our Damp Surveys involve a thorough external inspection of the property to identify any potential defects with the Damp Proof Course, ground levels, rainwater systems, drainage and other maintenance issues.

An internal inspection is undertaken to the walls of the property by means of non-destructive electronic testing using moisture profiling techniques, which is amongst the latest technology used to form a report, so you can be sure of the correct diagnosis.

Our reports contain comprehensive advice of any problems identified and include our recommendations, specifications and costs for repairs, if necessary.
